Care & Safety Protocols
- Maintenance: Ensure the fireplace is completely cold. Slide the borosilicate glass panels out of their slots to clean with a standard glass spray. Wipe the powder-coated frame with a dry microfibre cloth.
- Refueling Rule: Never introduce liquid bioethanol fuel into an active flame or while the steel burner block is hot. Allow the unit to cool entirely for at least 15–20 minutes before replenishing fuel.
- Environment: Suitable for indoor use in standard ventilated rooms, and covered, dry outdoor settings shielded from direct water or heavy winds.
